## 1. BOOKING AND PAYMENT
1.1. All bookings must be accompanied by a deposit of 10% of the total tour price to secure the reservation.
1.2. Full payment must be received no later than 7 days prior to the departure date for Ethiopia tours and 90 days prior for all Tanzania tours.
1.3. Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other approved payment methods.
## 2. PRICING
2.1. All prices are quoted in USD and are subject to change without prior notice until final payment is received.
2.2. Prices include only those items specifically stated in the tour itinerary.
2.3. Unless explicitly stated, prices do not include:
- Travel insurance
- Visa fees
- Personal expenses
- Optional activities
- Gratuities
- Meals not specified in the itinerary
## 3. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
3.1. Cancellation by Customer:
- More than 60 days before departure: Full refund minus deposit
- 31-59 days before departure: 50% refund
- Less than 30 days before departure: No refund
3.2. The company reserves the right to cancel any tour due to insufficient participation or force majeure.
3.3. In the event of company cancellation, customers will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another tour.
## 4. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
4.1. Customers are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, including valid passports and visas.
4.2. Passports must be valid for at least six months beyond the return date.
## 5. TRAVEL INSURANCE
5.1. Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all participants.
5.2. The company is not responsible for any losses, damages, or expenses arising from injury, accident, or trip cancellation.
## 6. ITINERARY CHANGES
6.1. The company reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
6.2. No refunds will be provided for any unused services or activities.
## 7. LIABILITY
7.1. The company acts only as an agent for transportation companies, hotels, and other service providers.
7.2. The company is not liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity during the tour.
## 8. HEALTH AND FITNESS
8.1. Participants must inform the company of any medical conditions or dietary requirements at the time of booking.
8.2. The company reserves the right to decline any person as a tour member should their condition impede the operation of the tour or welfare of other participants.
## 9. BAGGAGE
9.1. Each participant is allowed one piece of main luggage and one carry-on bag as space in safari vehicles is limited.
9.2. The company is not responsible for any loss or damage to baggage or personal belongings.
## 10. PHOTOGRAPHY AND MARKETING
10.1. The company reserves the right to take photographs during the tour and use them for promotional purposes.
10.2. Participants who prefer not to be photographed must notify the company in writing.
## 11. COMPLAINTS
11.1. Any complaints must be reported immediately to the tour leader and followed up in writing within 14 days of the tour's conclusion.
## 12. GOVERNING LAW
12.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Delaware, United States of America.
12.2. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delaware, United States of America.
## 13. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
13.1. By making a booking with the company, the customer acknowledges and accepts these terms and conditions in full.
